I think you have caught a ‘wanna be’ designer there. It’s alright using other sites for inspiration but copying is an insult to all of us true designers.
The questions is “Who really designed this cool site ?” and is there a valid reason why they are so similar ? Maybe the two companies are related in some way !

I had to give this one a 5* rating. The whole feel of the site is amazing and I just love the finishing touches like the pepsi can in the bin.
